Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone Drift Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Cincinnati plant, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
