Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Inspection Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
