Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Bridge Freight Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for proof of delivery and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
