Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
