Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Vista Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Charlotte region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
