Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Transit Planning Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
