Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Hollow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Charleston region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 623 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
