Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Vista Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Charleston, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
