Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Charleston, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
