Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Bright Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
