Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Wilder Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Buffalo, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 397 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
