Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone North Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Boise. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
