Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Meadow Manufacturing is a Baltimore manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
