Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Clear Farms Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
