Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Facilities looks after properties across the Austin region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Austin. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
