Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Water Authority Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
