Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Atlanta. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
