Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Vista Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Atlanta region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 427 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments.
