Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
