Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Fox Auto Group is a Albuquerque company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
