Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Inspection Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 874 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
