Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Umber Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
