Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Rowan Facilities looks after properties across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
