Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Cross Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
