Operations Manager - process improvement (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Pine Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
