Operations Manager - process improvement (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Harbor Foods Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
