Operations Manager - process improvement (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
