Operations Manager - process improvement (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Bridge Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 274 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
