Operations Manager - process improvement (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Tulsa. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
