Operations Manager - process improvement (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Quarry Energy is an energy provider in Tulsa focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
