Operations Manager - process improvement (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Ivory Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tucson. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
