Operations Manager - process improvement (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Forge Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
