Operations Manager - process improvement (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Birch Farms Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
