Operations Manager - process improvement (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bridge Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
