Operations Manager - process improvement (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Farms Partners and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
