Operations Manager - process improvement (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Quill Foods Group is a Tampa food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
