Operations Manager - process improvement (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Granite Manufacturing is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
