Operations Manager - process improvement (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Farms Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
