Operations Manager - process improvement (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Fern Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
