Operations Manager - process improvement (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
