Operations Manager - process improvement (Spokane, WA)

Nova Junction Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Spokane and nearby communities, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
