Operations Manager - process improvement (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Drift Transit Planning Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
