Operations Manager - process improvement (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Spokane. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
