Operations Manager - process improvement (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Summit Junction Auto Group Partners and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
