Operations Manager - process improvement (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Juniper Foods and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
