Operations Manager - process improvement (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Spokane region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
