Operations Manager - process improvement (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Ashton Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
