Operations Manager - process improvement (Savannah, GA)

Bright Forge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Savannah. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
