Operations Manager - process improvement (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Savannah region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
