Operations Manager - process improvement (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
